Her sessions blend mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance flexibility. Students are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, knee pad, and strap. Kathy’s holistic approach supports pain relief and fosters overall well-being, empowering participants to reconnect with their bodies and minds.
