About the Role
Conduct in-depth naturopathic consultations, addressing patient health, wellness, and aesthetic goals.
Administer cosmetic injectables (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers) with precision, ensuring natural and effective results.
Design and deliver customized IV therapy protocols, including vitamin, hydration, and regenerative infusions.
Create personalized treatment plans that integrate naturopathic medicine, aesthetic enhancements, and IV therapy for holistic patient care.
Educate patients on preventative health, skin rejuvenation, and long-term wellness strategies.
Conduct follow-up consultations to assess treatment efficacy and adjust plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using clinic provided EMR & CHR, ensuring compliance with CNPBC and Health Canada standards.
Stay current with advancements in naturopathy, aesthetic injectables, and regenerative medicine to provide cutting-edge care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, patient-centered care and enhance clinic offerings.
Participate in clinic marketing efforts, such as hosting workshops or creating educational content, to promote services.
Assist in managing inventory of injectables, IV supplies, and other treatment materials.
Ensure a premium patient experience by maintaining a welcoming, professional demeanor and addressing patient needs with empathy and care.
Requirements
Licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) in British Columbia, in good standing with the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC).
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in naturopathic medicine.
Certification in IV therapy with at least 3 years of hands-on experience administering IV infusions.
Certified and experienced in administering cosmetic injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, etc.) with at least 3 years of experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of and adherence to CNPBC regulations, including patient care, documentation standards, and scope of practice for naturopathic medicine and aesthetic procedures.
Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain accurate patient records in compliance with CNPBC standards.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred (training on Telus EMR & CHR can be provided).
Proven experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivering integrative wellness solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with high-end clientele.
Proof of current professional liability insurance is required.
